Speaker Bio:  

Rachelle Ficke is a seasoned professional passionate about aligning donor interests with impactful non-profit initiatives. With over a decade of experience in non-profit and higher education fundraising, she has helped organizations streamline processes and enhance their community impact. As a Senior Director at CCS Fundraising, Rachelle partners with organizations across sectors to help nonprofits achieve transformative results. She has also held key roles at Southern Methodist University and The University of Texas at Arlington, where she led prospect research and developed successful fundraising strategies. Outside of work, Rachelle enjoys camping, hiking, and floral design. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
