Meg has been with the Catholic Pro-Life Community for 6 years and annually raises $1.7M to support the faith-based, client-services ministries of the Diocese of Dallas organization. Meg, a native of the Dallas area, earned her Bachelors in Music at SMU and a Masters in Performing Arts Administration at New York University, after which she focused upon fund raising with the New York City Ballet. She has managed events, fund raisers, and volunteer organizations, both here in the US and abroad while she lived in the London area. Fun fact - she has 5 children, 3 of which were born in London. Sadly, all of them have lost the British accents.

Amy has worked at Creighton for thirteen years. Amy has also held positions with Family Housing Advisory Services, Habitat for Humanity International in Tanzania, the YWCA of Boulder County, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver.
Amy is currently a board member of the Gilbert Swanson Foundation and very much enjoys seeing the donor side of things. She has currently started a small consulting business that focuses on donor strategy and fundraising coaching.
As a true extrovert, Amy loves connecting people dots. She believes in the six degrees of separation rule and will make sure to figure out how you are connected or how she can connect you to someone. This part of her personality is genetic and adds to her love of fundraising strategy which has led to exciting conversations with strangers on airplanes.
Michael Gorriarán

Michael is responsible for leading Arjuna Solutions, through the process of scaling-up to serve nonprofit organizations across the industry with advanced A.I. based fundraising optimization services.
Gorriarán brings an extensive 35-year career leading high technology businesses around the world at both Microsoft and Xerox to Arjuna Solutions. Prior to joining Arjuna, Gorriarán was most recently General Manager, Worldwide Commercial Markets Strategy Group at Microsoft. He was responsible in this capacity for leading the largest organizational and business model transformation in the technology industry, migrating Microsoft from the software and enterprise solutions businesses to becoming the preeminent leader in the advanced cloud services industry.
Prior to this role, he was GM (COO), US Enterprise Sector Business at Microsoft, where he transitioned this group from a software business to an enterprise solutions business, while growing from $5.4Bn to $7.6Bn in annual revenues over three years.
Gorriarán holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island. He is an avid distance runner, outdoor enthusiast and active parent with his wife Kris of two children.
