Are you looking to implement data analytics at your prospect development shop without breaking your brain or budget?

Apra North Texas is pleased to offer a pre-conference workshop with Marianne Pelletier, one of the country’s foremost pioneers in donor modeling and data mining techniques. The 3-hour session is a hands-on workshop on defining an organization's needs, determining analytics projects, and then doing a little data mining using Bayes Theorem. This workshop has been well received across the country and helps attendees learn one skill that can be used in your own shops without buying software.

The program Outline includes:

      • Build a project plan
      • Examine initial results
      • Frame how you'd build or buy analytics for your shop
      • Try out data mining during the workshop
      • Develop steps to implement that project back at the office

Includes a 12-page workbook, separate from the slide deck, for attendees to do their exercises. There are 6 exercises included, 4 exercises completed during the workshop (2 are homework). Once the attendees complete their work in their workbook, they will be able to:

      • Pinpoint their analytics needs
      • Try out a sample data mining project (if we plan well, we can have attendees bring counts from their own data to the workshop)
      • Draft a plan for implementing analytics when they return to their offices

Space is limited for this workshop, so register now! Join us for this opportunity to learn from one of the top experts in the field of analytics!
